Approval may be denied for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
  • Income and Employment Verification
    • Unable to verify employment or income​
    • Insufficient Income
    • Employer unable to assure continued employment​​
  • Unfavorable reference from previous landlord​
    • Eviction​
    • Nuisnace to neighbors
    • Broken Lease Agreement
    • Violated Lease terms
    • Damage to property
    • Previous landlord would not rent to tenant again.
    • Did not pay rent or was habitually late with rent
    • Unable to reach previous landlord
    • No references
  • Other​
    • Misstatement or inaccurate information on rental application​
    • Refusal by applicant to provide information requested
    • Information provided not verifiable
    • Incomplete application
    • Application fee not received
    • Unable to reach applicant
    • Applicant is a Sex Offender​​
  • Unsatisfactory Credit Report​
    • Unacceptable payment history​
    • Outstanding judgments
    • Discrepancies regarding 
    • Unusual activity on account, NSF checks
Applicants must provide complete and accurate information to the Property Manager.  Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Delays are common - references and verifications are not always easily obtainable.  Improve the process by contacting your references in advance and preparing them for our call.
